Lark is a full spectrum hemp that contains all of the naturally occurring cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids present in the whole hemp plant – not just CBD. Our proprietary extraction method retails all the critical compounds available in the plant and naturally blends to create the perfect balance of terpenes and cannabinoids. Plants vary naturally so we test every batch so you know exactly what is in your LARK. Use the batch number on your bottle/box on our website to view the test results.

Hemp is a variety of cannabis containing .3 of 1% or less THC content (by dry weight). Marijuana is also a variety of cannabis containing more than .3% of 1% THC and can induce psychotropic effects on the user.

CBD (cannabidiol) is one of the chemical compounds found in the cannabis plant. LARK is a full spectrum hemp extract which contains CBD but also other cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids.  All of these chemicals work together to promote an overall effect.

Talk with your physician about adding hemp to your wellness regime.  There is currently a lot of research taking place on the health benefits of hemp but those studies have yet to be published.  Companies like LARK can’t make specific health claims until the FDA reviews those studies and passes appropriate regulations.

LARK hemp is sourced from fully licensed farmers who test the hemp in the field to comply with state regulations.

LARK products are processed in a lab located in the Biomedical Research Foundation owned by the State of Louisiana located in Shreveport, Louisiana.

First, consult with your physician about adding hemp to your wellness regime.

The “hemp oil” should be placed under your tongue for about a minute then swallowed.

The “water soluble” version of our hemp extract is made to add to your beverage of choice.  Drop it in, watch it mix, and enjoy!

You may have noticed people come in all varieties!  If it is your first time to try hemp extract, we recommend using one full dropper which is about 1 ml of product. It generally takes about 10 – 15 minutes to take effect. Adjust your dose up or down as needed to get the level of effect you desire.  Wait at least 12 hours after your initial dose to take a second dose so you get a clear reading.

Hemp may naturally have a trace amount of THC – the legal limit is just .3 of 1% of weight.   If you are concerned about passing a drug test, please consult your testing facility and employer before using these products.

There is currently a lack of research about the effects of taking hemp extract during pregnancy so please do not do so.
