REFUNDS
If you are unsatisfied with our products, please contact us. If a refund is necessary, we will ask you to mail the product back to us. Once we have received the product from you, we will reimburse you the cost of the product. We cannot, however, refund the cost of shipping.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your product due to a defect, please contact us. We will advise you to return the item to us. Once we have received the item, we will ship you a replacement.
